Deleting a Course

A course can only be deleted from SmartSolve if the course has not been attached to any SmartSolve records. Only users with course delete rights can delete a course.

1. From the Course record, click Action > Delete.
2. Click the OK button to confirm the deletion.
   Result: The record has been removed from the system.
